We will accept refunds and exchanges up to 14 days from receipt of goods. All items qualifying for a return or exchange must be unworn and in its original condition. All exchanges are subject to availability. A request must be emailed to email@example.com for all returns/exchanges within the 14 days of receipt. Once we receive the email we will respond back with an RMA# that must be indicated on the box/return paperwork. The customer is responsible for shipping charges for all returns and exchanges.
Orders placed with ground or standard international shipping are shipped between the acceptable time frame of 1-7 business days from the date we receive the order. We make it a goal to get the orders out as fast as possible (1-2 business days after receipt of the order) but cannot guarantee this for all orders. Express (FEDEX/UPS 2day and Overnight options) will be shipped on the next business day. International orders are shipped either DHL or USPS. We reserve the right to ship via any other method that is more suitable for each particular shipment depending on the different parameters. All the aforementioned timeframes are providing the items requested are all in stock. In the event all or some of the purchased items are out of stock, we will contact you via email/phone to notify you of the shortage. We strive to get this done promptly so you can receive your package in the fastest possible manner.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All domestic ‘USPS Economy’ orders are shipped via USPS. We use FedEx/UPS if it is specifically selected for ground or air services. ‘USPS Economy’ and ‘FedEx/UPS ground’ shipping services are FREE for domestic orders over $85. International orders are subject to shipping costs starting at $18 and increase with value. We reserve the right to use FEDEX/UPS/DHL/USPS for any shipments.
