To make a return or exchange, you must contact us in advance for Return
Authorization by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You have 14 days from
the day you receive your package to contact us. All items that are being returned
for refunds or exchanges must be new and unworn. We reserve the right to deny
any refund or exchange requests. We do not provide shipping labels unless there
is a discrepancy on an item you ordered.
Our goal is to have your order processed and shipped out within one to three business days from the
order is placed. This does vary based on the time of year. Orders that have express shipping selected will
ship out the next business day. For non-express orders within the U.S please allow up to 7 business days
for delivery. We ship out of the North-Eastern U.S, so orders with a Ship-To address closer to our
warehouse should generally be received faster. International orders – please allow up to 2 weeks to
receive your product. Our main carriers for shipping are USPS, FedEx, FedEx Sharepost and DHL. We do
reserve the right to ship using other carriers. You will be informed of the carrier when your order is
shipped to you. All of the aforementioned timeframes are providing the items selected are in stock. In
the worst-case scenario that one of the items you purchased is unavailable, we will contact you via email
and/or telephone. Please supply us with accurate contact info.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
We offer free shipping to all DOMESTIC orders over $85. The free shipping option must be selected from
the dropdown box located before checkout. USPS shipping is $3.95 for all DOMESTIC orders under the
$85 threshold. FedEx Ground shipping begins at $7.95 and FedEx Express shipping begins at $19.95 and
increases proportionately with the price of your order. International shipping begins at $15.95 and
increases proportionately with the price of your order.
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs
authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail
cost. Entree LS cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
